The continuous and enormous success of the “Tribute to 1000 Miglia”  persuaded Ferrari to repeat another event in 2012, part of the agenda of the great historical races, loved all over the world: the Targa Florio.

The event will be held from Thursday, 11 to Saturday, 13 October 2012. Three days with the starting point in Cerda (PA, Italy) and arrival in Castelbuono (PA, Italy), with the prize giving ceremony and the official lunch in Palermo on Sunday, 14 October.

The technical checks will be carried out on Wednesday, 10 October and Thursday, 11 October in the morning, before the start of the race.

Targa Florio 2012

Palermo, the closest destination to Cerda , can be reached by ship from Genoa , Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples, Salerno and Cagliari with transportation of the car and comfortable cabins for the passengers. Palermo also has an international airport. Those who need (national, international) transportation service for their cars, a special service is available with personalised offers.

MAC Group, the organiser of the 1000 Miglia and the Ferrari Tribute to 1000 Miglia, set up the programme and the application form, which can be found in the special section on the website.

Ferraris produced from 1948 to 2012 – with license plates and insurance for road use – can participate.
