A special night in Ferrari for Gordon Ramsay’s Maze restaurant
London, 10 September – Award-winning chef and Ferrari enthusiast, Gordon Ramsay, arrived in style in a Ferrari California T to his exclusive Maze restaurant event last night in London’s Mayfair to celebrate the 10th year Anniversary of the restaurant.
First opening in 2005, the Mayfair institution often regarded as the restaurant that launched the small plate revolution, continues to tear up the rulebook re-working classic French dishes with an inspired Asian flourish. Now headed up by Head Chef Alex Thiebaut, the Michelin-starred restaurant from the Gordon Ramsay Group includes a sushi bar overseen by Sushi Chef Gohei Kishi in a true East meets West culinary union.
Multi-Michelin starred with 26 restaurants world-wide, Gordon Ramsay is no stranger to quality: ‘I’ve absolutely loved driving the California T. It’s just a joy to drive with the roof down, particularly around London when the weather is nice. I’ve had the pleasure of driving and owning many different Ferraris, but the California T stands out.’
The Ferrari California T continues to attract a wide range of admirers from clients all around the world, with the styling echoing that of one of the most beautiful Ferraris of all time, the 250 California of 1957. The California T is a brilliant expression of Ferrari’s sporty DNA, while its retractable hard top (RHT) and 2+ configuration, amongst other features, make it supremely versatile. Like all Ferraris, the California T boasts cutting-edge technological solutions that make it absolutely unique, most notably the new turbocharged V8 engine.
