1^st Ferrari Club Hellas event with Ferrari Classiche

Athens (Greece), 22 October – At the Megara circuit, around 40 kilometres from Athens, the first event organised by the Ferrari Club Hellas in collaboration with Ferrari Classiche, was held. Ferrari Classiche is the department in Maranello responsible for supplying owners of historical with cars from the Prancing Horse with restoration and maintenance services as well as certificates of authenticity, based on research activities regarding the cars’ original documentation at the Company’s technical-historical archives.

More than 30 road cars took part in the event in Greece with several free practice sessions on the track. The Ferrari Club Hellas participants were also able to get to know the world of Ferrari Classiche thanks to the presence of staff from Maranello. The most prestigious models – some already with certificates of authenticity – present at the event included a 365 GTB4 “Daytona”, a 512 BB, a Dino 246 GT, an F40 and an Enzo Ferrari.

The Ferrari Classiche department, with its workshop opened in summer 2006, today is a consolidated part to preserve a unique heritage. So far around 1,500 certificates have been issued and numerous cars have been completely restored.
