Italians want to work at Ferrari
Maranello 15 March – Ferrari received the Randstad Award for gaining the first place with 69 per cent of the votes by Italians regarding their preferred company to work at. The car manufacturer from Maranello also won the Randstad Globe for the emerging values referred to criteria of the overall appeal.
The award points out the so-called Employer Branding, the companies’ capacities to develop and communicate their images to become appealing to their employees and potential candidates. Within the survey, carried out by the ICMA Institute, 7,000 potential candidates (from 18 to 65) were interviewed regarding 150 companies from 14 different sectors.
Furthermore Ferrari won the special Randstad Globe Award for distinguishing the company in eight out of ten categories regarding the company’s appeal, especially: competent management, high-quality training, interesting work content, financial strength, future perspectives, high salary, pleasant work-atmosphere and workplace stability.
