Jeremy Clarkson drives his “Last Laps at Top Gear Track” on the latest Ferrari
Dunsford, 17 July – Ex-Top Gear presenter, Jeremy Clarkson, drove his last laps at the Top Gear Track in a Ferrari 488 GTB, raising £100,000 for The Roundhouse in Camden, a charity which provides opportunities for 11-25 year olds to realise their potential in music, media and the performing arts. The opportunity to ride with Jeremy was auctioned off at a Gala Dinner at The Roundhouse in March, and two fans of the show each bid £50,000 for the privilege of spending a morning with the Top Gear presenter at the Dunsfold circuit which has achieved cult status as a result of the worldwide success of the TV show.
Jeremy was also joined by well-known Ferrari collector, Nick Mason, who provided his LaFerrari for the winning bidders to experience. A full report into Jeremy’s last laps at Dunsfold will be published in The Sunday Times Driving on Sunday 19 July.
