Happy Thanksgiving from Ferrari
GT & Sport Cars
Let’s celebrate the American Holiday with the Prancing Horse cars photographed in the USA
It is the quintessential American holiday: Thanksgiving. Celebrated on the fourth Thursday every November, it is perhaps the only day when almost everyone in the USA stops working to spend time with family and friends. The Pilgrims celebrated the original Thanksgiving in 1621 to mark their first harvest in the New World. The feast lasted three days and was attended by 90 Native Americans. Abraham Lincoln decreed it a federal holiday in 1863. Today it remains one of the great American customs, when families gather together to give thanks and enjoy a delicious meal of traditional native foods starting with the requisite roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, pumpkin and sweet potatoes.
As Ferrari North America’s 60th anniversary year draws to a close, we take the opportunity to admire our stunning range of cars as it was photographed for The Official Ferrari Magazine throughout the United States of America: F12berlinetta in Alabama Hills, Inyo County, California; 458 Spider in Red Rock State Park, Sedona, Arizona; Ferrari FF in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California; California T in Greenwich Fairfield County, Connecticut; 458 Speciale in New York City; LaFerrari in Baltimore County, Maryland. And also we would like to say “Thank you” to how warmly Ferrari has been welcomed in this incredible nation since it first arrived on its shores 6 decades ago.
Happy Thanksgiving, America.
